Arimara sighed as she felt small Auras around her. Of course she wouldn't do anthony only because they weren't threatening. Infact the small Auras belong to the animals that would hide away in the forest, secretly battling to live and survive... She walked around, her orange top and jeans didn't bother her too much in the heat, she was used to it... Though she did wonder why the sky looked as if it was about to storm... And harshly too. She shivered slightly. She never had been a fan of storms. Not really ever since she was little. Eiter way she continued to walk as she glanced, looking for a place to stop and be under shelter... A cave would be best right now....

The dim firelight reflected off Reks' face as he stared into its depths. He could feel the storm approaching, and the cave he was in would shelter him from the rain. Not that it made much difference, he was already soaked from catching his dinner. His shirt hung from the cave wall to dry as his catch of fish cooked over the fire. He would probably spend the night here, and in the morning... Where would he go from there? He was just as lost as ever, wandering aimlessly through time.

Arimara closed her emerald eyes for a moment as a smell of something cooking wafted towards her nose. It smelled like some kind of food or fish was cooking. She was positive but whatever it was... It smelled good. To Ari, the smell meant that not only was someone nearby, they were probably smart and were in or near shelter from this storm... All she had to do was follow it... And hope thatshe got to where ever the area was before the storm hit. 'It'd be a freaking miracle if the storm held out until I got to wherever this smell is...' It probably was far by the smell of things but she could never be sure... She couldn't even feel the person's aura yet so it was quite a bit of ways away. If only luck actually got along with her, then she would have been dry. But no, mother nature had to considwr her 'an enemy' by always going against her... The rain had started coming down, and hard to by the time she finally made it to the cave. When she looked in though, she was a bit surprised... But not really, having expected someone to be there that would have caused the smell to come to her back when they were cooking the fish. "I'm sorry to disturb you, but do you mind if I find shelter in this cave also?" Ari had a few expierences when some were rude enough to kick her out of a shelter when there was a storm going on... She might be kind but she couldn't stand those people... She just played it smart and had kept her mouth shut. Though, now she just simply looked calm at the male, her arms around her shoulders as she waited for an answer...

Reks looks up surprised, but when he saw the girl a grin broke out on his face. "So I'm not the only one who doesn't mind a little water... You're welcome to stay here." He closed his eyes, as if thinking to himself, then looked at her again. "You're welcome to the food there, too," he said, indicating the cooking fish, "There's plenty." To his surprise, he started feeling self-conscious. He eyed his shirt, which was still dripping, and finally rose and draped it over his shoulders. He suppressed a grimace as the cold, wet fabric rubbed against his back and sat back down in front of the flames.

Arimara smiled lightly as she walked into the cave. "Thanks. But don't worry I'm not really hungry..." she walked a good distance from the fire and wrung the water out of her hair and as much out of her clothes as she could without revealing anything. Then she finally joined him by the fire. Ari wasn't really all that sure what kind of conversation to start or even what to talk about. All she could really come up with was. "I'm Arimara, you can just call me Ari if you want though." Yup, real smooth way to start a conversation... Oh well atleast she had tried but it could have started off worse then what it did...

Reks smiled. "I'm Reks, but you can call me.... uhhh, Reks?" He gave a sheepish grin and turned back to the fire. He could tell the fish was about done, so he grabbed one of the four sticks the huge fish had been speared on. "Are you sure you don't want any? I think I caught too much for me to eat."

Arimara smiled lightly as she started to warm back up after being in the cold rain. When he asked if she was sure she thought for a moment. She was about to tell him she was sure when her stomach growled slightly. She laughed lightly before nodded. "Well I guess I am hungry. So, sure I'll help you eat the fish." she chuckled a bit as she took one of he cooked fish. It smelled delicious and after taking a bite she found it to taste just as good. "The fish are really good."

Reks finished eating his fish, and turned back to Arimara. "Yeah, that lake has the best tasting fish I've ever seen. But they're impossible to catch with weapons... That's why I was so wet." He grinned and took another stick from the fire to start on his second fish.

Arimara smiled as she looked over at him. "Sounds like a fun and interesting way to catch fish." Arimara finished off her first fish and started on the second one. She was a bit shy about what to talk about now.... Not really sure about why she felt shy, normally she wasn't...

Reks finished his second fish and sprawled backwards onto the cave floor, letting his shirt drop down onto the rock to act like a pillow. He bought his arms behind his head and let his head rest on his hands, then closed his eyes. The warmth from the fire blanketed him, and he smiled contently.
The silence was broken as a lumbering Rottweiler bounded into the cave and started licking his face. Reks pushed him off and sat up quickly, "Hey... Stop it, Havok, where were you?" The dog shook, sending water in every direction. Reks sighed and glanced at Arimara, not knowing how she would react.

Arimara smiled when she saw the Rottweiler, she loved all kinds of animals and the dog seemed friendly. Of course it would probably turn defensive if it thought anyone was a harm to it's owner. She would let the dog come to her and see if it liked her. "Gorgeous dog." She smiled lightly before a small laugh came from her as she 'sheilded' herself from the flying water coming off the shaking dog. (XD the dog's name is Havok XD lol reminded me of Havoc from FMA)

The dog noticed Arimara and walked over to sniff her. Then he trotted back to Reks, glanced at the girl, and lay between Reks and her, forming a barrier with his body. Reks blinked, "What are you doing?" Havok merely raised his head, but didn't move. Reks sighed, "Sorry... He's usually really friendly..."
(Rofl, Havok is jealous XD)

Arimara laughed lightly. "It's alright, really. Yourdog doesn't know me yet. I'm used to it." She gave him a light smile before moving towards the cave wall, but still staying close enough to the fire to gain warmth from it. She leaned back against the wall, had her knees slightly pulled towards her and had her arms folded and inbetween her stomach and her tighs. She was used to falling asleep like this at times so she'd be fine to sleep again like this for just the night. In the morning she would just need to remember to crack a few joints here and there to get the stiffness out of the. From being 'cramped' how they were.

Havok lifted his head and let out a small growl. Reks glanced around quickly, and sighed. "Well, that was fast... They sure don't waste any time." He pushed himself to his feet. "Sorry to crash the party," he said to Arimara, "But I have to go."

Arimara looked up when she heard the dog's growl. Hearing Reks she furrowed her eyebrows. "Reks.... What are you talking about? What's wrong." She did t hear anything but she was starting to feel more auras appearing, they just weren't close enough yet to know what gender and what their intentions were... "I can probably help.... Trust me..." She was now standing as she looked up at him. A determination shining behind her eyes.
