Light laid down on the ground he liked flying but wasn’t in shape for it he slept soundly.
Kaileena breathed a sigh of relief. She was so scared for him but she knew it was okay.

Nights shoulders relaxed, he heaved a sigh and plodded over to where Kaileena was, " he is all right, but i think i should give him flying lessons incase he will ever need to fly" He nuzzled Kaileena and thought, our son is magnificent, he will turn out to be a mighty stallion one day. He nuzzled the foals small body and smiled |

“That is for sure.” Kaileena rubbed her lean white body against him. She laid her head upon his back and breathed deeply, his scent was amazing. She looked at Light as he was curled up sleeping and she smiled. He looked so small, but he would grow.
Light finally woke and suckled from his mom, he looked at his father and watched him closely, ~My daddy is very strong, and he looks like he really loves mommy.~ He thought and nickered high pitched and he rubbed his black coat on his dad.

Diamond Flower limped into the land, looking for anyone at all. She spotted the horses and walked to them slowly, turning to the stallion. "Please - can I stay here for now? I have no where else to go..." The extreme sadness on her face was plain as day, and she looked as if she'd given up on living. Her normal cheerful self had been locked inside of her when she'd lost what was most precious to her.

“Oh, you poor thing.” Kaileena immediately went to the mare and looked at her leg, she turned to Night with a pleading look on her face.
Light went over to the new mare and nuzzled her.

Night put his head on Kaileenas back and nuzzled her. When the new mare arrived he galloped up to her. "of course you may stay, you look worn out" He slowly led the mare into the big cave and took her over to the waterfull. He lent his mighty face down to her leg and touched it. It imediently healed up and he smiled at the mare happily glad he had another mare to his herd, at least for now |

Light watched his dad lead the mare away, even though Light could speak he chose not to. Light’s black coat shimmered and he walked off and lay down on the soft grass he then got up and walked in to wicked long tall grass. He reared and looked out as far as he could, but he couldn’t see. He let out a whinny and looked for a way out.
Kaileena looked around her little black colt was gone, “LIGHT!” She called his name and went in search of him.

Night heard Kaileena call out for Light. He laid the injured mare down on a soft bed and galloped out. He rose in the air and scanned the area looking for Light. He spotted him and thudded back down to the ground galloping after the adventurous foal gaining on him more with every powerfull stride

Light was still lost and he suddenly burst from the bushes bucking and freaking out beyond belief. He stopped and on his rump a little gecko looked at him, he trotted in a circle trying to get a better look at it. He snorted and started loping and he laughed.
Kaileena watched her little colt and laughed. She saw the gecko, and knew why her son acted crazy, “Don’t worry found him.

Daia no Hana watched the two mares, feeling how strong their bond was. She knew that if the Twilight had given her even a little more time with Li, they could have had a family and been happy, just like the horses in this herd. She was sure there was no other stallion for her, and she had no hope of ever being happy now...
(lol yeah, i decided that when Li was a horse, him and Diamond were an "item" and she doesnt know that he turned into a human so she thinks hes dead)

Night smiled happily and nudged Light to get into the cave for the night. Then with one last happy look he led Kaileena and there foal back to the safety of the cave.
When he got there he saw Diamond Flower. She seemed to have a lost look on her face. He trotted up a worried expression on his face. He felt for this mare and he would protect her, she would be safe in his lands. He nuzzled the new mare and then led her over to a soft grass bed for the long cold night. Then he went and lay down beside Kaileena and Light. He looked over at Flower and said "you know flower if there is anything troubling you anything at all i will help you fix it, we will do it together if you would like. With that he settled down at the entrence of the cave making sure there were no intruders to get his beautiful two mares |

Diamond sunk to the ground, her once beautiful coat dull and ragged. She hadn't eaten in days, but she wouldn't touch the grass. She had all but given up on living, but the one thing that kept her going was the faint hope that he was still alive somewhere. That was all she had left.

Night looked at her ragged coat. He would have to do something but how could he find out what was wrong. He put his head down and hoped that she would last till morning so he could ask her what the trouble was

Light didn't want to go in to the cave but did anyway. The gecko rode on his back and he watched it.
Kaileena walked in to the cave and lay down Light joined with the gecko.

Night watched his beautiful lead lye down, he would go to there secret cave tomorrow and he had to have a word with the injured mare. After watching for about an hour to make sure no harm would come to his beloved mares he trotted outside into the cool breeze, the sun was just starting to rise, he galloped up his highest hill, he stood there his mane and tail whipping in the wind, he reared up and screamed a challenge to the land and then thudded down. He whinnied out happy to be alive, he longed for adventure, he longed to be known to the world, his beautiful eyes sparkled and he galloped back down to the cave. The little bit of light showing over his land was beautiful, he nickered telling his mares where he was and then galloped up to the hill through the passage and into his paradise, his lead could join him if she liked. Night stood out on the balcony watching the rays of sun get brighter, he loved his land and he would not let anyone take it from him, he hoped that if Kaileena did come up she would tell the other mares the rules about how only she and him were allowed here.......
