Sacred Grounds
The spirits of the troubled dead are said to touch the ground here, and those who are spiritually attuned are able to sense it. Legend states that if a horse dies with feelings of extreme hatred or revenge, that energy can be rechanneled back into their original body, and they return to the earth once more.
This is also where the powers of the Neutral Leader and Leaderess or the Dark Lord and Lordess can pass there powers to the next in line.
