Mordecai ducked the swing, a hint of a smile appearing at the corner of his mouth. "An incorporeal of sorts? This ought to be interesting." He said, coming up again and throwing a punch at Kenichi, wary of the blade. He hadn't fought anyone or thing that had blades melt through it, but the way he looked at it, everything was killable, and he'd find the weakness of his foe, eventually.

(I dont think suigetsu has ne physical, as in like cutting or hitting, weakness, least theres been nothin bout that in the anime yet... But hes not really fighting to kill, more like just for fun and to get stronger)
With the momentum of the blade giving him speed, Kenichi jumped above the punch, his body turning horizontally as he slid in the air just over Morty's head. (Wow, that was hard to explain lol.) As he landed he swung the blade downward with him, aiming at Morty's back.

(I'm not fighitng to kill either, as I figure any hits landed will not do any lasting damage, no matter the case. At least not to Kenichi. Mordecai, well, he's killable, but the trouble is hitting him lol)
Mordecai calmly sidestepped, calculating how this little sparring match would turn out, and how he could emerge as the victor against a seemingly undefeatable being. To him, a victory in sparring was a blade held to the opponent's throat, indicating that if you wished you could kill them, but this was not so here. Shrugging off the torrents of possible plans, he decided to simply continue fighting. Within the same second of the sidestepping, he dropped to one knee and pirouetted to face Kenichi, taking a swing at his legs.

(O.O epic...) Kenichi grinned, his speed was definitely formidable. He quickly leapt into the air and threw his sword point down towards his opponent, taking a few bounds back. It was definitely disadvantageous to fight a quick opponent with a massive sword, but the rain also drastically increased his physical ability. As an added bonus, he didn't have to worry about becoming dehydrated. Then an idea began to form in his mind; it seemed Mordy was incredible at close combat, but what about other skills? He wanted to test that, as well as any other abilities he might have. He quickly closed his eyes and imagined a huge serpent-like dragon, made entirely of water. To his surprise, the creature sprung from his hands and launched itself towards Mordy. (lol)

Having backhanded the incoming blade away, Mordecai shrugged at the water serpent as it screamed toward him. He'd seen better. (Lol)
He extended his left index finger, pointing at the serpent. It then became apparent that every finger had a ring with a different stone in it on it. Rather than gaudy fashion, it was a collection of special rings he'd gathered. What did they do? Well, the one on his index finger has a vibrant orange stone. What happened when the serpent drew close?
Flames erupted from the stone, and, too great to be effected by the rain, engulfed the serpent, which was reduced to steam.
"I have many tricks up my sleeve, as you may well see."

Kenichi had been following just under the shadow of the dragon, so as it evaporated it exposed him lunging at Mordy. He grabbed his sword from the ground as he ran, swinging downward with incredible force.

Mordecai was surprised, but not so much as to falter, he laid his palm on the flat of his blade, holding it up and blocking the blow, as he looked at Kenichi. "Very good." He said, before ducking away from the block, and coming standing next to Kenichi, swinging his blade sideways at neck level.

Kenichi ducked swiftly, using one arm to attempt to grab Mordy's sword arm, and then he aimed the hilt of the sword at Mordy's stomach, trying to flip him over his shoulder.
(wow, this could go on forever lol. and idk how to do close combat type stuff like that in an rp, cos i cant just say 'he grabbed his sword arm' cos then the other person could be like 'what if he knew that was coming and moved his arm?' or whatever... yeah...)

Though Kenichi managed to grab Mordy's arm, Mordecai simultaneously planted his boots firmly in the soil, and hauled backward, attempting to reverse the situation and flip Kenichi over his shoulder.
(Yeah, this could go on for quite a while lol)

Dasuke's were lit up as the fight went on, rapidly growing in intensity. With her back still to the wall she glanced at Gaara. 'who do you think will win?' She was enjoying watching every move the two opponets were making. Even though watching them fight was fun, she wondered what the other two fought like.

Gaara opened his eyes to look at Dasuke, "I don't know, nor do I really care." He had fought all he wanted that day already, and he had no desire to watch weaklings fight each other.
Kenichi's face showed his surprise as he was forced over Mordy's shoulder. But when he hit the ground, his body immediately turned to water and soaked into the dirt. Then his true body came from above, and he leapt down toward Mordy silently, his sword aimed at his head.
(oooohhhhh water clone jutsu!!! yay!!!)

Dasuke rolled her eyes with a smirk. 'Wow, Gaara that sounded so enthusiastic.' Her voice held slight sarcasim as she went back to watching the fight. That is, before she poked him, amusement in her eyes.

Mordecai assumed something or other was wrong when he saw Kenichi splatter, sword included, upon contact with the ground. As such, he rolled backwards, coming up onto his feet in time to see Kenichi's blade meet the soil where he had been standing a second before. He smiled.
"This is interesting, isn't it? I'm rather glad I agreed to do this. I haven't had this much fun in a couple years." He said, before charging his blade with electric energy (w00t for the rings), and rushing at Kenichi.
Though this action may seem foolish against an aquakinetic, he was almost fully insulated by the ring. The most he would feel if the shock were redirected at him would be something like a static shock.

Kenichi grinned, at least it was only lightning. If the man had found some way to control earth, he would've been screwed; he knew earth was the weakness of his water styles. He pulled the blade from the dirt and stood facing his opponent. As Mordy rushed him, he leapt into the air, landing swiftly on the tree above them. He looked down over Mordy, another image suddenly appearing in his head. A smile crept across his face, maybe that would work. Then the rain started coming together over Mordy's head, forming an enormous ball. The huge vortex floated above him, swirling and churning in the air. After it was finished forming, it dropped to the ground with intense speed.
(now its water vortex jutsu)

As the massive ball dropped toward Mordecai, the blade stopped emanating electricy, and suddenly had cold whisps of air coming of it. He swung at the orb as it came at him, simultaneously freezing it and shattering it. As a precaution, however, he heated the blade, quickly melting the pieces with slashes, as he moved away. For a sparring match, it was very heated and dangerous, but it showed skill on the part of the two fighters, that they knew they would be able to stop before any attack actually killed.
(And I actually need to find the list which had the rings functions on it, as I don't remember if he can terraform with them.)
