Dasuke shooke her head at Jourdan, her cousin could be almost as stubborn as herself. "Jourdan, you're wrong, just because you have a bigger sword, does not mean that it is stronger than mine. The power of a blade comes from he one using it." With the last word the cousins lock swords again, though wihin ten minutes Dasuke had he cousin on the ground with her sitting on top of him, both swords at his neck. "You were saying? I thought you said that with my smaller frame an slightly skinnier sword wouldn't be able to pin you down?" Jourdan smirked as he flippe their positions, and reversing it so now Dasuke was pinned down and he had the swords at her neck. "Like I said you'd never be able to pin me down and keep me there." Dasuke narrowed her eyes slightly before once again reversing he position. Though this time Jourdan could reverse on her. "I'm sorry I don't think I heard you?" "Dammit, you've been training again. But I still think you wouldn't be able to keep me pinned down if I had my sword." Dasuke rolled her eyes as she stood. "well too bad, if someone else got your sword away from you you'd be dead and you know it." Jourdan sighed as he stood up to look at his younger cousin, she had grown and she seemed happy though they both knew and dreaded that Trinity would approach Dasuke when the girl was alone to fight to the death. "Whatever, anyway come on let's take a break."

Dane walked through the woods, whistling to himself. He eventually heard voices, however, and chose to investigate. He entered a clearing to see two people sparring, and they seemed to be relatives. He smiled cheerfully and waved slightly.
"Hello." He said, stopping.

Dasuke looked over at the male that had just walked over. With a nod of her head she replied. "Hi...who are you?" Jourdan sheathed his sword before looking the guy up and down, he muttered a hello. He was worse than his cousin when it came to meeting others, he always looked as if he was goingto pick a fight with that person even though he really was just on high alert because he was protecting a family relative. "Im Dasuke and this is my cousin Jourdan. Ignore him right now though, he...well both of us, have a hard time trusting others we have just met. However you don't seem like the type of person to do something stupid to piss either of us off so I'm giving you a fair chance." (wow that sounded really bitchy....damn Dasuke must really be trying to keep that tough look up while trying to be nice XD it ain't working XD)

"Well, I'll try not to, at least. Not saying it won't happen. Wouldn't be the first time I said something the wrong way and caused someone to get really pissed... Anyway, since you told me your names, I suppose it's only fair to tell you mine. My name is Dane, it's good to meet you two." He said, and smiled again. They seemed like good enough people, and therefore nice enough company, though they were a little outwardly hostile, that wasn't really a bad thing, it showed that they were smart.

Watching her cousin through the corner of her eye, Dasuke saw that he was still tense, if hedidnt relax she knew he'd never allow Dane a chance to pve his trustworthiness even though he still had a long way to go to gain hers. "Jourdan, relax. He won't try anothing." Jourdan looked back at his cousin, eyes still slightly hard. "With how your side if the family was? How can I trust anyone?" Dasuke flinched ever so slightly as she locked gazes with her cousin. "I took you down twice an don't ever bring my family into this, they're the past and you know it now calm down!" With one last slight glare at Dasuke he took a calming breath. "Im sorry about that Dane, we find it very hard to trust people after an incident in our past but you, too, seem like good company so we are willing to give you a chance to earn our trust." Dasuke nodded her head in agreement. "Nice to meet you too Dane. So what are you doing around in these parts?"

"It's fine. No harm done." Dane said, still smiling, though it was more reassuring of his intentions than it was actually happy.
"Well, I'm a farmer. At the moment, I'm on the way back from checking some of my crops in the horse world. Admitted, this isn't the quickest route home, but it's a nice day, I figured I might as well stretch the walk out a little bit." He explained, with a shrug.

Dasuke nooded in understanding of what he was saying. "in the Horse Realm huh? I never knew anyone could do that." Jourdan stayed silent as he watched his cousin interact with Dane. (I wasn't sure what all to put.)

"Yeah.... Not the safest, but, then again, my particular capability within the realm makes it so that not many people would wish to bother me." Dane replied with a shrug.
(I dunno what to say either lol)

Dasuke's curiousity was fully grabbed by what he said. "What type of things do you gain when in the Horse Realm?" She always did love going there, mainly because it was not only beautiful but also a great place to train or get rid of some rustiness in your fighting skills. Jourdan seemed a bit more Interested in the conversation now that he could somewhat see that Dane wasn't going to pull anything funny.

"Thaumaturgy: The ability to bend blood to my will. If I wish, I can simply put massive pressure on my own blood, and throw it at an enemy, hitting them as though it were a cannonball. Then, I simply, bring it back, with some of their blood now, and do it over and over. Or, at massive energy expense, I can simply cause their blood to boil and overpressurize within their body, essentially causing them to explode, so long as they don't have the willpower to resist." Dane explained, hoping that he wasn't deemed a satist due to the talent he recieved in the horse world.
