Dane walked along, whistling the song 'Someday Love Will Find You', by Journey, watching the sky. It looked like it might rain. Oh well, a little rain never hurt anyone. He was feeling lonely, he hadn't seen another person, or, really, any living creature, in days.
He had been selling some extra large beets, however, the only buyer was a good trek away. And his price had been cut due to delivery time. Crabby old bastard. Oh well, there was still plenty of a payout on the crop, so it didn't matter. Though he was steamed about that, he would let it go.
Damn, it was lonely out there.

Dasuke rolled her eyes once again as she spoke out to the person behind her, growing more and more agitated. "Keisha, I don know why you followed me out here, I'm perfectly capable of taking care of myself!" "Ha! Yea right, come on now Dasuke the last time you came here by yourself you ended up almost being killed by your cousin. I'm surprised Gaara even allowed you out of his sight!" The female, Keisha, spoke back to Dasuke. It was clear both girls were agitated but Dasuke seemed to calm down as the continued their walk, until hearing someone whistling stopped her as her hand subconsciously drifted to her sword handle. "Keisha, that why he simply doesn't know. Trust me it's very hard to sneak away from him...almost close to imposs---what's that noise." Suddenly both females were on defensive as the crept towards the noise as the stayed hidden in the shadows. "Who's there! State your name and purpose!" It wasn't her territory but Dasuke always wanted to know who she was about to go up against if a fight was inevitable, however that hasn't been the case since her near death, intact she wasn't as for battle as usual.

"My name is Dane, and I'm just walking... Am I trespassing... Ma'am?" He added at the end, judging the voice to be female, thought it wasn't a guarantee. You never knew. And it almost sounded like there were two people. He raised his hands, making sure to knick himself on his sword should he need to take action quickly. He hoped he didn't, though. He'd be really sad if he had to attack the first company he'd had in days.

Dasuke relaxed her stance, this male, Dane as he had said, didn't really seem to be the kind to fight. "No, Dane your fine. One can never be too cautious in the Horse Realm though, I just had to make sure there was no danger nearby. My name's Dasuke by the way. Nice to meet you." She smiled athimas she held her hand out. It had seemed as if she had appeared out of thin air, though she really only 'jumped' off a near y branch and landed here. Keisha on the other hand simply walked towards the two. "Dasuke you really shouldn't have done that, I not healing your ribs or shoulder again if you agitate them" Dasuke smirked. "Keisha, lighten up will you? I've litterally almost have been through hell and back, I think I can handle from a branch." Keisha sighed, this girl could be so stubborn she could have smacked her and it would probably do nothing. "Alright but if you injure yourself again, you'll have to explain to Gaara alone. I won't help you outta this one." dasuke shook her head, here they were in front of a possible new friend and they were already bickering! She hoped he didn't think hem crazy...

"Im guessing that 'Gaara' is your boyfriend? Oh, damn." Dane said, smiling, before quickly shaking his head. "I'm kidding of course. Well, yes, you're attractive, but, I mean, I'm not like that.... Let's try this again: Hi, my name's Dane." He rambled, taking the hand and shaking it with a laugh.
"It's nice to meet you two. I haven't seen a soul in days, I was getting pretty lonely. I managed to make that sound weird as well, didn't I?" He asked himself, though speaking aloud.
Well, just as well she has a boyfriend, I wouldn't have a chance, I mean, I can't even say a sentence without sounding like a creeper. Oh well. 'Keisha' is probably taken too. That's my luck, I'd run into two gorgeous girls who are already taken. Damn it. Ah well, we can still be friends, they seem nice enough.

Dasuke couldn't help but smirk since laughing still hurt withher sore ribs. "Thanks? Nice to meet you Dane, I'm Dasuke and that Keisha over there." Keisha waved her hand before sitting under a tree, her head still pounding from the night before. "Headache Keisha?" Dasuke had. Smirk as she looked over at her friend, a hint of sarcasim in her voice. She knew what Keisha had but still loved to tease her about it. "Shut up Dasuke....you know why I have a headache." "Yup, and I also remember telling you NOT to drink so much" Keisha rolled her eyes before leaning back against te tree and closing her eyes. Dasuke let her friend go as she turned to Dane. "That sound? Now it's not that it was weird, me and Keisha are just naturally very alert and cautious. So, what are you doing here in the Horse Realm. It's not often you see people here."

"Well, I was actually on the journey back from selling some crops... I'm a farmer." He said, with a shrug. Not exactly the most awesome job, but it wasn't a bad one, and he was good at it, so, hell, it got the job done. And that was a horrible pun. And that rhymed. Shut up.
"It's good to meet the two of you as well. And, if you don't mind me asking, what are you two doing out here?" He asked, not questioning this headache business.

Dasuke looked back at Dane as he asked what they were doing here. With a quick shrug of her left shoulder she spoke. "Well, i was a bit tired of having nothing to do and well, here is way more exciting that in the Human Realm so i came here. But of course as to not have anyone wonder what would happen i dragged Keisha out of her bed and brought her here. She needs the exercise if you ask me, she almost never goes out." Dasuke smirked slightly as she could practically hear Keisha's glare. "Oh, that's a lie and you know it Dasuke. I go out plenty of times." Keisha looked back up at the two. Oh she knew what Dasuke was trying to do, and as much as she hated to admit it, the girl always got to her. "I don't meant out to parties either Keisha." Dasuke laughed slightly as she watched Keisha roll her eyes.

"Have there been any parties lately? Or will there be any soon? It's been a while since I've been to one." Dane said, somewhat absent mindedly. He wasn't really paying attention, wondering when he'd last been to a party. He realised, however, that the tilt of his head caused his eyes to be resting on Keisha's chest, and, hoping that they, like he, had not noticed, he looked straight forward again, acting as though staring at something for a moment.
"That was an unusual looking bird."
Please tell me that went unnoticed and my distraction worked, I don't feel like being slapped for an accident today.

Dasuke kept her eyes on Dane as he tilted his head before looking straight ahead. She raised and eyebrow but instead of saying somethig rude she just replied with a smartass comment. "What bird?" Keisha watched Dane out of the corner of her eyes, oh he was lucky Rob wasn't here. Then again she figured it might have been a mistake but it was still weird.

Dane thought quickly, using the cut he'd made earlier to create a bird whose description resembled that of a phoenix, on the branch he pointed at.
"See, there it is again!" He crowed, and the 'bird' glanced sharply at him, before returning to a comfortable position on the branch.
He could tell they had noticed, but he hoped they realised it was an accident, and didn't think he was trying to cover it up with some bird crap. Which is what he was doing, except there was actually a bird there. A bird which was oddly entirely crimson, and looked almost as though it were glass, but it was there.

Dasuke smirked as she saw the bird. "Thats a neat trick, how'd you do that?" Dasuke chuckled softly as she continued to look at the bird. She had to admit it was gorgeous. Keisha allowed her gaze to follow Dasuke's until they were both looking at he bird.

"Wow, you're good." Dane said with a chuckle, and, with a wave of his hand, had the bird land on his arm.
"Thaumaturgy: The ability I have in the horse world. I know it's latin for 'Blood Forging' or something of the like. Which is essentially what it is. I can bend blood to my will, such as this bird. Or this bird. Or this one." He said, as two more materialised, one on his other arm, and one on his head. He was using very small amounts of blood, truthfully, as the birds were just shells, not full. That would have been a waste.
"Or this kitty." He added, and a small red persian cat took form at his feet.
"You can touch them, it'd be about the same as petting them when they're wet. Except, you know, you'll get my blood on your hands."

Dasuke looked at the blood animals as if they were the most interesting things in he world, which in a way they were, odd as the creatures were to dasuke they were pretty cool. "Nah I think I'd rather keep blood off my hands for awhile.besides I'm not good, just very aler- Keisha...." As if Keisha had known what Dasuke was goingto say she stood up and withing moments she had her bow in hand and and arrow ready to be released. With a curt nod from Dasuke, Keisha released the arrow as it swiftly cut through the air. As Dasuke had thought someone was out there and had been watching them because a few moments later another arrow cut straight through Keisha's arrow. Before anyone could be hit byhe arrow, Dasuke fell to one of her knees as she landed with her palms on the ground. As soon as the contact was made Rocks shot up and created a sheild around them. "Whoevers out there better come out before you regret it." Dasuke voice lost all of the joking it held earlier and became hard and serious. Keisha stood in defensive as Dasuke was and stood next to her, her hand ready to grab an arrow at any given moment. A red haired girl cautious walked out of the shade as she held her bow. Her long red hair was tied in a ponytail that still reacher her middle back. When she spoke her voice was strong, but athe same time soft. "Lower your sheild young one, you cannot blame a person for being cautious now can you? Nor can your blame them for defended themselves." Dasuke lowered her sheild and stood tall once more as her narrowed eyes looked at the older female. "Well I guess that's what you get for sneaking up on us." The red haired femal could only chuckle. "Sneak up on you? Never, I was merely just walking until I heard voices, I had every right to be cautious, especially in this realm." Dasuke stayed quietly and she continued to stare at the women.

Dane's eyebrows raised.
Wow... She is... Just... Dayum.
Ever the gentleman, he stepped forward, the animals quickly finding their way back into his veins, more or less unnoticed.
"Well, hopefully this whole misunderstanding can be forgotten. Come on, we're all civilised. As civilised folk, it's only right that everyone appologize for nearly shooting eachother in the face, give names, shake hands, and.... Well, to be honest, I'm starving. Anybody want to get some food?" He asked, placing himself slightly closer to Arianna than he was to Dasuke and Keisha.
