Powers(Only in the horse world): The armor that he wears becomes self repairing (It also slowly treats any injuries he may take, albeit also rather slowly), and much more resistant. The repairing process is slow, but is greatly rapidified by electrical contact. The armor also gets significantly more resistant, meaning it takes a fair amount of force to make a mark. The crossbow's bolts also become superheated, making them hurt that much more.
The armor is not indestructable, however. Essentially, everything damages it, just the AVERAGE attack doesn't do all that much. The more power behind an attack, the more it'll do, the less attacks would be needed to get through the armor. The less powerful, the more strikes would be needed.
Possessions(such as weapons): A crowbar, which he weilds with an ease that exemplefies his strength. A Crossbow which fires sharpened solid pieces of steel, and has an immense draw to it.
Personality: He's very intelligent, and selfless. The man will do whatever it takes to do what is right. He rarely speaks, often only when it's necessary. However, he's very good at conveying his opinions anyway, although, ultimately, he believes actions speak louder than words, and often exemplefies this.
History: All that anyone's ever been able to get from him is that there was some accident at his previous job, from which he was one of two survivors, at least staff survivors. It's also known that he caused numerous deaths by his hand during this incident, seemingly out of self-defence, and that he may have been the inadvertent cause. A strange figure has been noted in Gordon's presense, though what he's doing or who is seems known only to Gordon, who doesn't acknowledge his existance.

I dunno if that's still too rediculous, I don't mind toning him down further, trust me.
