Martivir sat on the ground with her legs stretch as far as they can go. Her hat was off to her side and her tail was fully out. She twitched her ears and turned around to see a tall dark figure. Martivir immediately stood up, taking her hat with her and jumping into the tree next to them. She stood in a branch looking down on him.
“Who are you?” she said crossing her arms. For a second she lost sight of the man, only to find him next to her once again standing on the same branch.
“Why? You don't remember me?” he said in a slightly amused tone. Before Martivir could even say anything, he covered her mouth and wrapped his hand around the blue necklace that kept her beast from ravaging her own body. Martivir thought fast and kick the branch they were both standing on. It was weak from the weight and snapped easily. They both fell on the ground but Martivir, being part cat, landed on her feet. She looked away from him and put her hat on backwards. She realized that her necklace was gone.
“Give it back to me now!” she said. A low growl came from her voice. Suaco was coming through.
“Only if you do what I say...” he said in a whisper near her ear. She growled but when she wasn't looking he had put in a small hole in a tree.
“Well you never answered my first question....” she said.
“You don't need to know.....and the necklace isn't gone.....” he said. Martivir shook her head.
“But there is one more thing I have to say......let the darkness, begin..” he said. And with that he left her to raise hell. Martivir knew what those words would tell Suaco she was allowed to break free at that moment then and there. Martivir fell on her knees and was breathing heavily. She was fighting Suaco for dominance. She screamed bloody murder. It was painful to change into Suaco and more if you were fighting for your own body.
