Aidou yawned loudly, the sun was up, it was his least favorite time of the day. It was time to sleep. Yet for some reason, he couldn't sleep. He had a foreboding feeling, like this land itself was evil... His senses were all disconfigured, and he could hardly think straight. So he lay against a boulder, dazed and half asleep, waiting for night to come again.

Alice
The large deer grazed near a small stream. Alice approached it carefully. She bent down into a crouching position and lunged. The deer made a small squeak and took flight, and Alice followed, she ran through the woods at breakneck speed ducking branches, gaining on the deer. At the last moment she lunged and her hands stretched out as she launched herself into the air. The deer galloped out of the forest into a field. It was fast, but Alice was better. Her eyes set on the deer’s rump, she aimed her back foot at it and, with the skill of someone who had been practising this all her life, Alice felt a nasty crunch under her foot.
She landed gracefully jumping to her feet; before the deer could move Alice pounced upon the neck of the helpless deer. She bared her teeth and ripped into the throat of the deer breaking it. Blood spilled out over her mouth. She closed her eyes sucking in the liquid. It was a moment till she noticed the man standing nearby, relaxed against a post. Alice raised her head blood dripping from her mouth, her gold eyes curious and relaxed. Alice smiled radiantly at him. What a shock he would have. Alice stood up looking down at the mangled deer and smiled sheepishly

Aidou tilted his head to look at her. He would never even dream of drinking an animal's blood, but... right now, he was too tired and too malnourished to care. "Ne... Can I have some?" he asked quietly, his icy blue eyes piercing through the still air.

Alice
Alice watched for some kind of reaction from the man. He approached her cautiously. Alice immediantly became tense but he asked a question that drew dominence out of her mind. Her jaw dropped.
Ne... Can I have some
Alice shut her mouth and motioned shrugging. "Help yourself, I'm not hungry" Alice flashed a smile at him and watched as he approached the deer.

Aidou pushed himself to his feet and slowly walked toward the deer. Then he knelt down and sunk his fangs into the deer's chest, letting his mouth fill with warm blood. When he had his fill, he lifted his head and wiped the blood from his mouth with the back of his hand. Then he licked his hand, looking satisfied and content. "Ahh, that feels so much better. Though it's not as good as human's blood, preferably girl's blood, it's about as satisfying as the blood tablets... But of course I can't mix the tablets without a specific serving of clean water..." he continued on in an almost complaining tone, not really talking to anyone. "Well, thanks for the blood anyways," Aidou said, smiling brightly.

Alice
Alice watched as he dropped down on all fours and drank his fill. Then he raised his head licking his ‘chops’. She smiled and listened to him.
Ahh, that feels so much better. Though it's not as good as human's blood, preferably girl's blood, it's about as satisfying as the blood tablets... But of course I can't mix the tablets without a specific serving of clean water..
Alice inclined her head. “I prefer a male” she grinned at him. “What is this water you speak of” Alice had been wandering the land for awhile; she knew many things that this man didn’t. She closed her eyes and a picture flashed across her mind; this stranger, and Alice, travelling together, but also... someone else. Alice jerked back to reality and looked around. I had never heard of any tablets; what was this he spoke of
Well, thanks for the blood anyways
Alice smiled. “That’s ok” She leant back against a tree trunk and looked up at the stars and sighed. How many nights had she spent, unable to sleep, unable to.... Alice’s thoughts trailed off. She looked back to the man watching him curiously. Alice was certain of it. Their fates were entwined.

Toshiko stood at a distance. He stayed silent for he knew what they we and didn't want to get close to such creatures. His white tail was completely exposed as well as his horns that were placed on each side of his head. He his his head and knelt down to the ground. The smell of blood was to over-whelming and that of a freshly killed deer. His claws became fully exposed and his teeth became those of a dragons. He was only going to slaughter them if they threatened his or tried to kill him.

Aidou stared at her for a couple seconds. "Ah! You've never used the tablets, have you? They were developed at a school I once attended; if you mix them with water it provides a liquid that can sustain us, like blood." He pulled out a small white tablet to show her. "They're pretty useful, when there's no humans around..."
Aidou's eyes covertly glanced to the side, where he confirmed his suspicions. There was someone in the distance, watching them. There was something about that someone; not quite malicious, but... feral. He whispered quietly to the vampire girl, "Be on your guard..."

Alice
The man looked at Alice for a few seconds. She jumped.
Ah! You’ve never used the tablets, have you?
She shook her head listening as he explained what they were “Nice” she said sarcastically. “I’ll stick with animal blood” Alice smiled vividly but raised an eyebrow as he spoke.
Be on your guard...
I rolled my eyes “I’ll survive”
And it wasn’t a joke, Alice knew she was going to be fine, she would see if she died. Alice chuckled but her muscles tensed instantly as another mental picture flashed across her mind. A man... her brow furrowed in confusion as she tried to decipher the vision. Then it hit her. A dragon.... Alice instinctively whirled around and crouched down playfully. “Excellent, company” Of course he already knew that, but what’s the harm in confirming it. Alice began to dance towards the place where the dragon stood, the lunged in front of the white dragon crouching down.
In her element Alice was breathtaking. Her black hair fell around her pretty, pale face, her gold eyes stared up into the males. Alice laughed silkily dancing in front of him, twirling away from him then back again. Her movements were flawless. The man, or shall Alice say... dragon, had horns on his head and a white tail. Alice inhaled his scent.
Alice laughed again, but she wasn’t being dangerous, just playful and childish. She didn’t want a fight at all, Alice straightened up tilting her head. He was only a little taller than her, she looked up at him then back over my shoulder at the male that she had found company in. “I’ve been expecting you”

Toshiko kept his guard on the girl though he stayed completely still and didn't bother to look up at the girl or the male behind her. His wings spread wide with a wing span of 23ft. It was large but normal for a dragon.
“Is that so, vampire? To watch your back for a dragon like me is very smart but I must warn you; dragons are a whole lot stronger then you think.” he said but then he looked up at her, his eyes were red and glowed in the night.
'Why must the smell of blood and that deer drive me crazy?' he thought. He was silent. Soon his brother and his “mut” friends would come. Oh, how he hated those “muts”.
“Isn't there a legend...... that a werewolf's bite..... can kill a vampire?” he said with warning.
“If it is true......I would stay cautious of my brother an his 'mut' friends if I were you.......” he continued. He thought back to when the boy was talking about blood tablets. It seemed strange but it was what the boy thought was normal.

Aidou scoffed, his icy blue eyes locked on the dragon. "I don't know where you're legends come from, but no werewolf bite will kill me... And no werewolf will even have the chance to bite me for that matter." He had just met the dragon, just seen his expressions, just heard his voice... And already he didn't like him. Aidou took a slow step forward, "I wonder how your blood would taste..." His eyes began to glow red with hunger.

Alice tilted her head slightly listening to the dragons words. "I've heard" She said lazily. She smiled radiantly. "I know your 'mut' friends are coming" Alice laughed silkily as the male walked over towards them. "Don't worry dragon, I am always cautious"
I wonder how your blood would taste
Alice's eyes narrowed dangerously. She leapt foward to stand in between the two males. But instead of turning towards the dragon, she turned towards the other vampire. "I don't kill humans" She turned her head to the dragon looking disgusted. "Not even them"

“Oh. You want to drink my blood?” he said looking at the boy. His long, dark, black coat flowed with the wind, showing his black clothes. It was opposite of what his dragon looks like. He looked at the girl. His eyes seemed to show pain. Something that he normally doesn't show.
“I am not a dragon, nor is my name 'Dragon'. It's Toshiko Matsuo. I am not only a human but others say I'm a monster. I kill only if I'm threatened or if my brother is. I have killed many in my past. My brother is only a year younger than me and yet he has more power then me and all of our strength together. Though he does not know what a burden he is to other people. He is a 'mut' only because he is a monster like me but with a wolf.” he said. He looked at the boy.
“I have heard that a dragon's blood is valuable. I guess there were black markets that sold the blood to vampires like you or the kings and queens would drink it on rare occasions. I believe the blood would have been at least.....$80,000. But are you truly willing to drink my blood?” he said. He looked at the male's eye. They had reminded him of his brother's.
“I don't believe that I have your names..... May you tell them to me?” he asked simply. His expression stayed the same as it always did. It was clear that the male vampire did not like him. Toshiko was never good with making friends, especially creatures that seemed to come the same place.

"I've never been to the black market, nor have I ever heard of dragon's blood. That's not what interests me. But I've always liked trying something new." Aidou took another step forward, "So what'll it be? Will you fight me?" The air around him suddenly chilled to almost a freezing temperature, and his piercing red eyes glared ahead.

Oh, you want to drink my blood?
“No!” Alice said quickly, but she knew that the question had not been directed at her. The, he changed back into a human and began to speak again.
I am not a drago, nor is my name ‘Dragon’. It’s Toshiko Matsuo
Alice scoffed. “All the same, ‘Dragon’” She mumbled. She sat down crossing her legs and looked up at the guy. Really, he was kinda cute, but maybe not her type. Alice lay back against a tree closing her eyes.
He began to rabble on about his past. He had a brother... Then he burst into another sentence. Alice sat up quickly as the man ended his ‘speech’ and asked for their names. She looked up into that emotionless face and somehow... somehow she trusted him.
“Alice” She said smiling radiantly. Her smile faded slightly as the vampire took a step forward. Her eyes widened as she suddenly felt as though a bucket of ice cold water had been chucked over her head. She blinked. It was the strangest feeling she had ever had. It wasn’t really painful, as she was a vampire she couldn’t die unless she was ripped apart and then burnt. “Don’t” She said her eyes flashing coldly. She glared at the man clenching her fists. She was small, but no vampire or any other animal had laid a hand on her for as long as she had been a vampire. Due to her special ability of being able to see the future. Right now, her mind was racing as images flashed in her minds eyes. She watched him coldly her cute face looking determined.
