Little Black Snake They Laughed at her Said she was a silly thing So one dark night she grabbed and snatched The Giant Goanna’s poison satch Now no-one laughs at The Little Black Snake And you shouldn’t make the same mistake
My black body moved silently throughout the gloomy trees. My hooves making no sound yet against the silent air to me they pounded in my head. My ears flickered intensely, and nostrils shuddered as the gloomy smell reached my nostrils. My muscles bulged beneath my thick skin and tail flicked at invisible flies. The pesky little miniatures that never left me alone. I hated them. My eyes tuned into the darkness as a fog like substance surrounded me. My head ducked and my whole body shuddered as my lips touched the dead earth. My eyes narrowed and I blew harshly onto the dirt. I moved my head a slight fraction, listening to a sound no one else probably heard. A cold shiver went down my spine, like icy fingertips were touching me.
My eyes glinted in the faint moon as my head rose, Showing the light blue flecked jewels. My neck arced slightly and my mane fell over my well neck. My tail flagged out like a banner and my knees rose to take a prancing step forward. Make that more than one. I continued this until I came to the hidden edge of the forest, opening to a large, dark meadow. The grass was low and droppings could be seen, obviously a well known place. I scowled and my ears flattened against my skull. My nostrils shuddered as the stale smell of horses reached me.
I was here for a reason which was to find a home, maybe not forever but for a while, until I got sick of the mares and the stallion and left. My ears rose and stood alert, my neck arched again. I waited at the edge of the forest, waiting for someone to come. Someone to give me a temporary home.

[glow=teal,2,300]Love Like Winter[/glow]
A light dappled blur raced silent like the wind on a calm day. His coat glistened and rippled with powerful muscles underneath, ready to be pushed further. However, his powerful frame came t a dead stop, finely carved head raising up to catch the new scet wafting by his delicately flared nostrils.
Taking powerful trotted steps, he came upon the lone fae before his voice reached out, cradling the entire land like the wind with it's venom filled lyrics.
"Well, dear fae, what is a dark one like you doing out here by such lonesome lands."
His blue eyes watched ever single movement that she made. If he could claim this mare and keep her in his land, then he would consider himself the greatest stallion, honing every goreous fae out in this world. If he must, then steals would be commited and he would steal every single beautiful fae to hold in his forever frozen lair.

Little Black Snake
They Laughed at her Said she was a silly thing So one dark night she grabbed and snatched The Giant Goanna’s poison satch Now no-one laughs at The Little Black Snake And you shouldn’t make the same mistake
My finely carved crown rose as a stallions scent. My nares wrinkled as his scent infected my nares and I snorted impolitely. I watched slowly as his frame came to a sudden stop. My small frame became tense and yet a smirk became upon my maw. My nostrils flared slightly as his scent was strong. My neck arced and I pranced in place. Ready to confront the grey stud. I smirked, happy to offer my services to the lonely stud. My harks pricked as he bellowed out at me and I gave him a flirtatious grin.
“Well. What have we here, a stud, coming to my rescue?” Giggling softly and prancing neatly to him, I continued. “Now what is such a handsome stud doing in these lands.”
Without a doubt in the world, I moved towards his body, flicking my head to the side I nipped him playfully. My tail flickered and I danced playfully. Happy to flirt with him. I nickered to him and bucked. Suddenly I stopped, frozen in place as I realised what was happening to me. And began to toss my head uncertain. I was on heat.

Winter snorted as he smelled the mare, his full attention on her now. Possibilities of if he might be able to have the possibility of having an Heir excited him a bit. “I am wandering, looking for mares to join me in my land. Ones who are willing to take the risk of finding out if they are my queen…” His blue like eyes watched the mare, awaiting her answer. He already had one mare... but he needed one more in order to have a heard.

Little Black Snake
They Laughed at her Said she was a silly thing So one dark night she grabbed and snatched The Giant Goanna’s poison satch Now no-one laughs at The Little Black Snake And you shouldn’t make the same mistake
My eyes were wide as I searched the stallions, hoping to glimpse something that was not interested in my now unmistakable scent; I tossed my crown away shamefully as an excited look entered his eyes. Why now? I looked back at him, slightly sneaky. I let my tail flow, flicking my well rounded barrel. I decided to play it normally, hoping to push him of the fact that I was on heat. I smiled lightly, and arched my fine neck as he spoke. He was wandering and looking for mares to join his herd, also to find who would take the risk of being his queen. It struck me odd the feelings that entered me when he mentioned a queen, sounding like he didn’t yet have one.
I felt under his watch as I thought about It. Joining his herd would give me a chance to be his queen, and possibly as it looked to give life to his first heir. I grinned slyly. Happy to make my mark on his life. Tossing my crown I stepped forward, making my way to him. My tail swished side to side as I stopped at his side. My muzzle reached and touched the top of his withers; my tail flickered at his chest, urging him faintly on. I nickered lightly to him and topped it off with words.
“Well, indeed you have come to the right place to find one, maybe even a queen in fact. Let’s see how It goes.”
