Leon slowly rested her head down on the ground.
"Hold on, I'm going to make you a compress." He said, looking around. QUickly, he saw what he needed: Dock leaves and Mint. He quickly gathered several of both, and ground them with palm and knuckle. Not the cleanest, but clean enough, and all that was really available. He then pulled a strip of red cloth from within one of his pockets. It was, of course, wet, but would have to do.
One he squared, and rubbed some of the moist powder on. He also dabbed it on the wound, and then placed the square against it, tieing it on with the other.
He squatted next to her, then, wiping his hands on his pants.
"Well... It looks like a headband. How does it feel?"

Ashe looked away from him, "It's fine...Thank you." They had just met, and yet he'd already saved her so many times... It made her feel so helpless; she had always been able to rely on herself before. But it was also a nice feeling, it was the first time someone had helped her like this, and she felt like she could rely on him... She stopped herself, she shouldn't give her trust to a stranger like that. Then Ashe felt her head pulse, and a wave of pain shot through it. Soon she was unconscious again, her body forcing her to get the rest she needed.

Leon smiled, a relieved smile, and then took a quick look at the sun. He gently picked her up, and wondered where to go. He was friends with an Inn owner in the human world, still had his permanant room there. That would likely be the best place. No questions would be asked, no attention drawn, and it was a nice place to boot. Yes, that would be the place to go.
After grabbing all her weapons, he started running, making sure not to jostle her around too much, toward the nearest transition. He made the 100 miles in fifteen minutes, and quickly navigated his way to the Inn, where he nodded slightly to the owner, Geoffrey, before heading up the stairs, to the farthest room down.
He laid her gently on the bed, wrapping her tightly in a blanket, before removing all his weaponry, and the coat, half-cape, and boots, then grabbing his normal clothing from the open drawer on the wardrobe, and entering the bathroom.
Finally, he reentered the room, dressed in simple chinos and a short sleeved shirt, and sat in the corner, waiting to be sure that she was alright.

Ashe came to slowly, but when she finally opened her eyes to look around her she bolted upright, "Where the hell am I?!" When she saw Leon, she managed to calm down a little; the last thing she remembered was Leon treating her after she had almost drowned. But how had she gotten here?

Leon stood. "This is my room, at the Drunken Dragon Inn. I didn't know where else to bring you, as I couldn't really leave you there after you passed out." He said, walking over to the bed.
"Do you feel pain anywhere?"

Ashe gave a slight chuckle, but then grimaced as a wave of pain shot through her head, bad idea. "Anywhere? Everywhere." Her whole body ached, but it was nothing she couldn't handle. "So how did I get here?" she asked hesitantly.

"Well, at least you can still feel pain." Leon said, with a slight chuckle. At her question, he felt somewhat embarassed. It's not like he'd done anything wrong, it just seemed odd, as they didn't really know one another.
"I carried you."

Ashe shifted her eyes immediately, "Oh..." She could feel herself blushing, but she couldn't regain her calm expression. Then her stomach gave a low rumble, and she blushed even deeper, hoping Leon hadn't heard her. It was late in the day and she still hadn't eaten, but she would deal with it.

Leon looked away, not sure what to say. It was a rather awkward situation. He then realised how late in the afternoon it was.
"Are you hungry, or thirsty, or...?" He asked, looking back at her, unknowingly probably making her feel even more awkward, though he in fact had not noticed the low stomach rumble.

Ashe would still not look at Leon's face. "A little, but I'm fine. I can wait till I leave to find something to eat..." He had helped her enough, and right now she felt like she was only a burden.

"Well, to be honest, I'd prefer you stay for a day or two. To be sure that you're ok, and, well.... I'd like the company, to be honest." Leon said, looking at the floor. He looked back up at Ashe, smiling.
"So, since you're not leaving, what do you want to eat or drink?"

Ashe opened her mouth to say something, but closed it again. She could see she would get nowhere arguing with him. "I... It doesn't matter, I'll eat anything," she said finally.

"Ok," Leon said "I'll be back with something in a minute." He finished, smiling, then turned and left the room. He took a quick look around the door before closing it, making sure nobody was going to try something.
Heading down the stairs, he pulled a stool up to the bar. The bartender walked over to him, smiling.
"Pretty thing you brought in here, there, Leo. I didn't know you were into that kind of thing, though."
"I didn't kidnap her, you jackass. To be honest, I saved her life."
"Were you the one to endanger it?"
"That's hilarious, Lenny. Look, just put some Maruchan on, ok? Shrimp, if you can."
"Sure, Leo, sure."

Ashe waited for a few minutes after Leon left, but nothing happened. She heard nothing; the whole room was silent and gloomy. She finally worked up the courage to test her shaky legs, and opened her door. She found the stairs and walked down them slowly, letting her body regain its strength. It didn't help being back in the human realm, where nothing felt normal. Soon she found herself in a large room with multiple people sitting around. She blinked; there were a lot of people... But then she saw Leon sitting at a bar, and she quickly made her way over to him, sitting down on the seat next to him. "Hey."

Leon turned to her, and smiled.
"Hey. Sorry it's taking so long." He said, looking into the kitchen. Lenny could be seen stirring something.
"But it looks like it's almost done."
"Yo, Leo, that's the gal you brought in here, right?"
"Yes, Geoffrey, why?"
"She's looking better, I must say."
Leon raised an eyebrow, wondering if he was trying to imply anything. He shook his head, with a chuckle, and walked away, as Lenny walked up, holding two steaming bowls of delicious smelling noodles.
"Bon Appetite, Mocherie." He said, in a horribly imitated French accent. Leon stared blankly at him.
"Sorry." He said, setting the bowls in front of them and leaving.
"Anyway... Are you ok walking?" He asked, looking at Ashe.
