Ian had been walking for hours aimlessly, and his lack of sleep was finally catching up to him. He had to find someplace dry to sleep before he crashed. Yet everywhere he looked was either covered with sharp rocks or slick mud. He sighed, "Damn this place..." He closed his eyes for a minute, then made up his mind. He found the leafyest tree he could and climbed into it quickly. (Im making that a word, so whatever) He sprawled out over the thick branches, yawning with his exhaustion. He quietly pulled out his Lily, looking at it sadly as he remembered Yuuki, the girl he had taken it from. It was as he was thinking of this that sleep finally overtook him, and the flower fell from his grip, landing on the ground beneath him.

Aurora sighed as she walked around. She was utterly bored and wanted something...anything to do. Just as long as it had nothing to do with men. She shuddered slightly as she remembered it from all those years ago.
She stopped, looking at the flower in front of her. Picking it up she spoke softly.
'What a beautil flower, but where'd it come from?'

Ian was running, never looking back as the rain poured down overhead. He remembered the feeling of blood on his hands, waking from his trance to find his best friend dead. He had done it, just like he had been the one to kill Yuuki. It was all his fault...
While he was tossing and turning from his never ending nightmare, he rolled of the branch to the ground underneath. He hit the girl below him hard, waking with a start. "What the hell just happened?" He jumped to his feet when he saw the girl beneath him. "What the-" Then he saw the flower she was holding, "That's mine!" he yelled. It was his most precious possession, and he had never let anybody else touch it.

Aurora almost growled at whoever had just fallen on her. She jumped to her feet as the other person did, her hazel eyes glaring daggers at the person. 'If it's so precious to you, than why was it on the ground.'
Aurora was very wary, her eyes narrowed at every move of the male. Ever since that day, the day that he father almost killed her. She's never allowed any male close to her ever again, nor did she trust them. If he wanted the flower back, she need proof that it was truly his.'

"That flower belonged to somebody precious to me, give it back." he fought to keep his voice even and his temper under control. He couldn't lose it here, there would be dear consequences. He closed his eyes, his breath coming out in rasps from his concentration. But there was something about this girl that stirred something from his past. She looked so much like the girl he had killed with his own hands, but she was clearly a different person. But this just made it so much harder for him to keep himself in control. "Please..." he finally managed.

Caroline was sitting on a rock, looking at the ring Damon gave her. She looked up and saw two humans arguing about a flower. She didn't want to bother but she was getting pretty hungry. She didn't like where her hunger was bringing her. her fangs started to grow, and her eyes glowed yellow. she screamed in agony. she was hungry. very very hungry. She fell to the wet ground, holding her stomach. she didn't want any one to come near her, or she will pounce on them.

Aurora warily watched the male, she was about to question him again when she saw the pleading look in his eyes. Hesitantly reaching her arm out, she held the flower closer to him, but didn't want to allow th guy very close.
'Who are you?' Her voice was guarded, as were her eyes...it would be a long time before she would be able to trust othanthat.

"My name is Ian, that is all I have to give," he said slowly. He gently reached out and wrapped his fingers around the delicate flower. "What's your name?" he asked hesitantly.

Aurora took a few steps back as she looked at Ian.
'I....I'm....A..Aurora' her voice made her seem unsure of herself. Catching a glance towards the newcomer..'hello?'

Caroline staggered to her feet. she felt horrible inside. she held her stomach. She looked up to see a girl. Faint words came from Caroline's mouth. "g....get.....a....way!" she looked at the boy. she knew she didn't want to eat him but she was so hungry. she sprang to her feet and headed for the boy, but she forced her self to go toward the tree next to him. she hit the tree with a THUD! she didn't want any one to get hurt.

Ian looked at the new arrival curiously; he had seen that kind of creature before. He sighed, "I know what you want." Slowly he reached up and grasped his collar, tugging it down slightly to expose his neck. "It's fine with me, you can quench your thirst." (O.O I would never let a vampire bite me, but I guess I'm not Ian, so whatever...)

She looked up to see the man holding his neck out. She started to speak slowly and turned toward the girl. "i don't want to suck him dry so pull me off if i get carried away. you can never trust me with this kind of stuff." she looked at him. she felt her fangs grow. she put her mouth up to his neck. soon she bit his neck, blood slowly dripping from her mouth. her thirst was quenched. she slowly lifted her teeth from his neck. she lifted her head and leaned against the tree. "thanks. my names caroline. Whats yours?" she said. she closed her eyes. she was still awake. but closed her eyes lightly.

Arora looked quizzically at the two others. 'What the hell did you just do to him? What are you?' Her face showed how confused she was as her eyes darted between the two. She could have sworn her eyes and ears were tricking her as she watched the girl bite and drink from ian's neck. Let alone she thought she'd gone crazy when Caroline told her she'd have to pull her off of Ian if she lost control...control of what? She was suddenly more wary of these two than she was to start off with.

Ian closed his eyes as he felt her fangs pierce his skin. It hurt, but not enough to make him cry out from the pain. When she was finished, he opened his eyes and clutched his neck to stop the blood flow. He gave a lopsided grin, "Now that you're finished, what's a leech like you doing out here? I'm Ian, by the way."
(lol, ill let bing explain the whole vampire thing, if she wants)

" i'm not a leech i'm a vampire, and i can't remember why i'm here. but Damon gave me this ring, and no it's not a marriage proposal thing. it protects me from the sun." she said as her fangs grew back in. she wiped the blood off of her mouth. "it's all a blank. i don't remember a thing." she said putting her hand on her head.
