White Fang pushed Courage along gently toward the open field to give him another lesson. He was getting older and stronger, but still had a long way to go. She stood across from him and lowered her head. "Okay, transform now."
Awakened Courage sighed, "'Kay..." Slowly his coat lightened until it was pure white, then finally wings and horns sprouted from his body. "I won't go easy on you just 'cause you're my mom, you know..."
"Good," Fang replied lightly. She felt very carefree; no danger ever came to this land which was protected by Eblis.

Walking silently and steathly as she neared the land, Ember made sure to not make a single noise... She had been given an objective to spy on this specific herd and if ever possible... capture them... she had all of the elements she needed present... The wind was always there, lightning could easily be made, there was earth, water was vaporated into the air but still usable, she could feel fire somewhat here.... and then all of the other elements simply fell into place. With a silent sigh she crept even closer, using the surrounding scenery to keep her for hidden from their view. If she was to do her job then she would have to find some way to keep the two parents off that one single younger offspring of there away.
Waiting, waiting and always waiting, Ember made sure that she was blended into the surrounding area... she could't be seen by the two parents or this entire job would be ruined.
Closing her eyes and taking a silent breath, Ember imagined the a bow and an arrow in her hands, opening up her eyes and there it was. Using her power over the elements she placed the arrow on fire, making sure to have the earth continue to keep her hidden. Aiming the arrow, Ember allowed it to fly steathly and silently in the air, landing a few feet away from the mare before the land bursted into flames before the flames began to lap up the ground, using her control over fire once more, Ember kept it controlled so that it would circle around just the mare.
Right after that she made the wind form a type of invisible wind tunnel around the fire, making it escalate upwards as it created a type of standstill fire tornado... Focusing on the younger stallion now she took control over earth and forced it to create a type of barrier around the young foal as she finally stepped out of her hiding place.
A small smirk adorned her lips as she took a few steps forward before pausing.
'Wait a minute... that was only the mare and foal... where's the stallion...'
Ember's though ran through her head a split second before she jumped back to her hiding spot, more alert and her senses on a higher sense now than they used to be... Word Count: uhhh no idea lmao Muse: alive? or half asleep im not sure..

He looked around the ruined territoy, it was his old one. But now, now it was fit for any beast to rule. His hooves walked over charred ground. His old home, before the death of the Lights, before the power crazed Darks wanted the world their way. He shook his head. He was neither Light nor Dark, but now they would pay, every single one of them would pay for what he did. He had taken his troops and fled, not because he was scared, but because he didn't belong in this battle. He shook his long mane looking around.
How long had it been since the ground was covered in sweet lush grass? He closed his eyes and imagined it, but when he opened them he saw the blood stained ground. He walked further to where the actual war had taken place. He looked at the pile of scattered ashes. Then his gaze was set upon the many different sized skeletons. All where striped of the flesh, some seemed to begin breaking now into dust. He was smart to pull out, but it proved one thing to him. The Dark Lord Saishuu Akatsuki was more of a stallion now.
He ran for a good reason, because the slaughter of his herd wasn't worth it all. He turned his back and felt a chilling realization. He could have put his domain in more of a position of death than he thought. Akatsuki seemed more than ready to come and kill him now. And he had heard rumors that Dark Fire Spirit had given birth a while ago to a colt, just as his White Fang had. He stopped suddenly at a sinking feeling in his gut. White Fang his mare, he had left her and his son alone for awhile.
His fine chiseled Arabian head swung to his new home land. His hooves picked up a ground devouring lope. He couldn't believe how naive he was to leave his land, that unprotected. He slid to a stop and turned seeing a large burst of red, like the force sent from an atomic bomb to destroy everything out of its reaches. It was red and like a flash bang. That was what he saw the day he left. He had left this charred land when it was vital and he left now to protect the little he had after the war.
He reared and his eyes turned to look back to his domain. It had taken him three days to travel here at a gallop, a normal horses gallop. His eyes narrowed as he saw something alarming to him. There was a blaze, a plume of smoke rising from his domain, but not only that. The smoke was coming from South Wind Rejoicing. That was his personal land. He reared bellowing deeply. Knowing one of two things, either there was a fire, or Akatsuki was attacking. He sped forward, watching a tornado of flames lick at the sky. He galloped faster.

White Fang reacted quickly; she teleported away from the fire and appeared next to her colt. "Courage, go find your father and tell him what happened! Hurry!" Awakened Courage gave a sigh of disappointment, but didn't protest, "Fine..." He wanted to show his strength against a real opponent, to prove his worth... But now wasn't the time. Fang touched her nose against his back, and the two of them vanished from the barrier.
White Fang appeared by herself next to the girl silently. "What business do you have with me?" she said, her voice unusually cold. With Eblis gone, she had to protect the herd herself...
(just to clear some stuff up, I sent Courage off because I was thinking Ember could have Fang pretty much captured by the time Eblis gets back, so theres not much he could do by then)

Ember turned to look at the mare, having jumped backwards to put distance between them. She forced the flame-tornado to cease, and just like that it was gone. With a smirk she looked at teh mare, pulling out her twin katanas. "Why I am here is of no concern for you. But since you decided to send your son away.. I guess capturing you would be just as efficient as catching him... You both seem just as powerful... But you being the leadress of the land... you might double my pay for this..." Ember smirked as she stabbed the ground with one of her katanas, causing the earth to shoot up around the mare before it moved in to capture her... Incase that failed Ember built up some Ice from the air and created an outside sheild a bit away, if the mare broke out of the earth cage then the ice would move in, along with air and earth once more... She would keep at using all of the elements until the six elemental chains were completed... and that might take a bit but since she was throwing more energy into the chains than her attack, even though it didn't seem like it, then the chains would be done within a few minutes... the only elements that were needed to go into the chains now were Lightning, water, fire and spirit... earth and wind were already in there...

White Fang appeared once more next to the girl. "Is this a joke? Do you really think you can capture me?" Even before she was the leaderess, flash step, also known as teleportation, was her strongest skill. That fact remained true. She had marked this entire land, which meant she could disappear and reappear anywhere within South Wind Rejoicing. There was no way she could be held down by this girl's pathetic power.

Ember smirks at the mare. "you positive about that becasue obviously you don't watch your surroundings well enough." On the ground there are ice spikes within thirty feet radius of the two, Emebr felt another element added to the chains, now all she needed was lightning, water and fire... Another smirk adorned her lips as she used both fire and water to create a thick mist around the two, and finally lightning flashed across the sky, threatening to light the entire field on fire.. "You shouldn't underestimate someone's powers when you hardly know them. for all you know i might be holding back alot of my power."

All hints of sarcasm left Fang's face, and were replaced by cold seriousness. "It doesn't matter how much power you've got hidden inside you, I happen to have quite a bit within me." She was confident in her skills to hold this girl off, at least until Eblis arrived.
Fang's eyes flickered around, taking in what was happening around her. So this girl had control over the elements. Then an idea began forming in her mind. She stomped her hoof, and giant metal rods shot into the sky, connecting the ground with the clouds above. "Fire and lightning... You seem to have a pretty good grasp on them. Yet they also have a will of their own, and with a little push, they can turn on you. Especially lightning." Fang knew that lightning would go for the highest point; the easiest path to the ground. With so many rods made of excellent conductive materials, the lightning would strike them and travel down them to sink harmlessly into the ground.

Ember said nothing as she stared at the mare. She had no worry about the lightning, when she fought, she made sure to have spirit constantly protecting her from anything that might back fire on her, in all truth, she would capture this mare.. she just needed to use spirit and the chains would be done... They should be more than enough to capture the mare with success, and with how the chains were made, they would suck a bit of the mare's energy everytime she moved against them. Ember just quietly stood with a decent distance between her and the mare before sending spirit energy towards the mare, attemptin to make it feel like the mare felt safe and calm around her. With a smirk she felt the chains materialize in her hands. With a swift movement she went towards the mare and began her attempts to get the chain lasso around the mare's neck...

Fang could tell something was wrong; her body was not moving, not responding to her. It was as if all sense of danger had left, and her body suddenly wanted to sleep. She turned her head frantically, what was wrong with her? And where was Eblis?
A tall blonde man sat in the shadow of a nearby tree, watching the fight with a dark expression on his face. He could tell that soon that mare would be captured; hopefully they would get a good price for it. Before long they'd be returning to the others. He yawned, his face suddenly lightening. "Hurry it up, Taichou..." he mumbled to himself.

Ember took her chance and swiftly went at the mare, and within a few moments she had the elemental chain hooked around the mare's neck. After standing a distance from the mare, she released the spirit's hold on her and held the chain strongly. "Struggling would be futile, it'd be easier on you adn smarter for your part if you just came quietly." Emer's voice was hard and calm, yet it had an edge to it.

He sped his gallop, he felt something was wrong. But what? He didn't feel the Lord Akatsuki's presence in his land. So what was it? He wasn't paying attention to the path in front of his thunders hooves. A log was risen from the ground, just enough to cause him to trip. He tucked his head as his entire body cartwheeled over it. Something stabbed into his shoulder. He lay there stunned for a moment or two, before lifting his head dizzily and shaking it. "Fang." He muttered, his mare, his love, his Leaderess. He blinked away black fuzzy dots.
He used all his will to stand, despite the pain in his shoulder. He looked down, a spear like object sticking out. He knew he would have to heal, or suffer. His lips and teeth wrapped around the stake and he yanked it out. Blood splattered across the ground as he dropped the stake to the ground. Pain throbbed through every inch of his body. He examined the hole, blood dripping down staining his white. He took a step forward, pain shot throughout his right front leg. His teeth gritted against an agonized cry. He looked at the muscle protruding.
He closed his eyes and focused on healing it. He did the least amount of work possible, healing and binding the muscle. Blood still trickled when he opened his eyes, and pain still twinged in his muscles, buut he didn't have time. In the back of his mind he kept a healing power, that would hopefully have everything healed by the time he arrived. He reared his hind muscular cords bunching up, before releasing like a spring. He extended his forelegs digging into the ground, blood spraying over his side. He gritted his teeth against the sharp, throbbing, annoying pain.
He lengthened his shoulder, hooves taking on a ground devouring lope. Shes in trouble. I feel it! He cursed his existence over and over. Rage filling his every step, he felt a new power rising as his steps became faster. Sparks flew from under his hooves as the terrain changed to rocky, but it was almost as if he were flying. His legs striding out at speeds unknown to man. He was so close now. He felt it, but maybe it would be to late. His slid to a stop as a large crevice came into view, next step up.
He had forgotten about the jump to the next ledge, it was pretty high and far. But he was sure he could make it. He turned and loped a few paces away. Before turning and rearing onto his hinds. He propelled himself hard into a gallop. His legs throwing him into a faster gallop. At the ledge he had his legs had bunched his muscular cords and released them quickly. His body flew up toward the upper ledge. He body lengthened and his front hooves scraped the ledge surface, but he fell short. His hind hooves scraping at the sides.
He felt his rear hoof kick a ledge, pushing him up. He rolled onto the top of the cliff. His sides pumped hard. Legs ached but yet he rolled over and got to his legs. His muscles had fine tremors throughout his entire body. He let his head hang, before images flashed in the darkness of his mind. It was his son, his other mares, his loyal followers. But most important White Fang, His love. His eyes flew open. Fire danced in them. He would not let them win, whatever was happening, he would save everyone under his mighty rule.
His head turned towards his land, and he reared, letting out the loudest, bellowing whinny he could muster. His eyes blazing and whinny turning into a scream that enveloped the land. All the powers within him stirred and then the largest pair of white feathered wings thrust out of his sides, spraying blood over the ground and his wings. The feathers stained with blood of his suffering forever now. His eyes still blazed as he moved them and stared, surprised. "Now we're in business." He said darkly as he flapped them once, sending himself hurtling into the air and home.
Words: 700 Muse: AMAZING!!! And he is PISSED now, so hurry up!

Fang's ears shot back and her eyes widened, showing white. She dug her hooves into the ground and jerked her head, only to feel a shock as suddenly her energy left her. "What's going on?" she said frantically. She reared onto her back hooves, desperately pulling against the chain, but it was no use. She fell to the ground, her breath coming out in rasps. She had lost, there was no fight left in her. But she gave a small smile, at least Courage had escaped.
The man watching jumped to his feet when he decided the fight was over. He strode casually over to his leader, "Nice job, Taichou," he said with a playful grin, "You look as beautiful as always, like you didn't even break a sweat." Zero glanced down at the mare, and noticed the desperate look in her eyes. "Hmmm, let's take a little extra precaution on this one; wouldn't want all your hard work going to waste, huh?" He knelt down and touched the mare's legs with two fingers, attaching his invisible thread. Then he effortlessly wound it around her legs, binding her effectively. The mare would now not so much as be able to move, let alone attempt to escape.
Awakened Courage heard his father's whinny and immediately zeroed in on his location. He sped in that direction, his elegant yet powerful wings forcing through the air. Soon he caught sight of Eblis. "Father!" he called, "Hurry! A human is trying to capture mom!"

Ember smirked when she saw that the mare had successfully been captured. Noticing that Zero had shown himself she looked at him, her face completely serious. "More than likely the stallion and the offspring will be showing up soon. I expect you to have your first go at capturing one of the horses. I'll deal with the stallion and you can go for the offspring." Ember was still full over the brim with energy so while she spoke, she had each of the elements she controlled do something. Earth shifted slightly to repair any damage to it, Ice took back it's spike pillars, Lightning ceased it's threatening, Fire took back a bit of its warmth, Water brushed over all plants , wiping the area of their scents, Air brushed along some leaves collapsed on the ground, and finally Spirit went out once more to keep the mare sedated, making sure she wouldn't do anything, this way when they took the mare in.... She would be full of energy, earning them bonus money... Another set of eight elemental chains formed in her hands which Ember secured onto her shoulder before repeating the process, plus Ember had the elements at a stronger ration then the last chain, that way this new chain would hold a stronger effect, therefore making it the chain that would be the one to capture the stallion....

Alashab Eblis's wings beat harder and faster then he could ever remember, that and he never remembered having wings. His relief came when he spotted his son coming toward him. Seeing his strong body made him proud. He figured at first glimpse at the dapple grey colt that everything was fine. Training, it was only Fang training him. He slowed flapping in place, he waited for his son to get closer. When he did, Eblis noted how regal he looked now, how strong and older her was. The fire died out of Eblis's eyes, he listened to his son's words.
Suddenly it was like a fire inside Eblis, his rage exploded. "HUMAN! They were so nice before!!! Now! Now they will pay!" His voice boomed and he thought he sounded more like Akatsuki. His voice dripping with hatred for the human who dared touch HIS mare like that. HIS love they had dared to try and take. "They WILL NOT get far!" All over his body small shimmers of light started. He had noticed so many new traits and powers that bubbled up with each emotion. "Knowing human nature tells me there may be more than on in the area."
He focused on a plan. He came up with few, but freeing his mare, if she were captured was the key things. He grew more angry at that thought. "I will put a protective shield around you, to have you stay safe. Stay hidden unless I need back up. Got it? His eyes turning into narrow slits as he hovered, still miles away, but in his heightened state his flight back home would be nearly minutes long. He looked his son over, hoping he understood the gravity of the situation. This wasn't a good situation for either of them now.
Words: 300 Muse: to many distracting things... SQUIRREL!!!!
